Cloud Architect

I design, develop, build and test infrastructure solutions based on AWS using Linux, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Elastic Beanstalk, Docker and Kubernetes. Designed, developed and deployed a highly available AWS IaaS using Terraform and Ansible to enable the business to migrate from a legacy on-premise data centre to AWS in order to allow the platform to scale globally, increase application availability and performance, and reduce cost.

I also lead a small team of infrastructure engineers.

Cloud Engineer

Technical lead on AWS automation and AWS migration projects. Designed and deployed a fault tolerant AWS IaaS using CloudFormation and Puppet to enable the business to migrate from Rackspace to AWS in order to increase application performance and reduce cost.

I also mentored a small team of DevOps engineers.
